I am well thanks :)

I'm managing well with the diet, havnt seen any results as far as dropping weight is concern but I can feel centimetre loss,my clothes are definately fitting looser around the waist & stomach area. And yes,the tablets are helping,I am eating smaller portions & don't feel so hungry like before.
